The Italians call it the king of rice! Grown in the Piedmont region of Italy, along the Pô valley, Carnaroli rice has unique characteristics. The long grain that holds its shape during cooking produces a creamy and firm texture ideal for a perfect risotto.  

To serve with stew, meat, prawns and other seafood, white meats, to use with truffle sauces, pestos or mushrooms.
