Pasini San Giovanni's most innovative project from the Groppello Gentile grape from the Valtènesi area and the old vines. Aged in steel and ceramic barrels (Clayver) on the lees. Scents of white flowers, tangerine and thyme. It's lively, fine and elegant.
Only 2080 bottles produced.

Cesanese, ancient Roman varietal is grown in volcanic soil on the Appenine Hills in Lazio. Paolo Perinelli, its stalwart pioneer grower, moved to replace international varietals previously grown in their farm with this indigenous variety in the early 80s. He's behind its climb to obtain national and international recognition, and to the status as the only red grape with DOCG certification in the region.
